Have you ever wondered what else was in the book? I did. I wrote a short account future Charles Yu addresses to himself inside that book. My interpretation on what he was ultimately trying to tell himself.

The Calcutta Chromosome

A poem on the significance of secrecy and silence that is prevalent throughout the book. The poem speaks of the mysterious powers of Mangala and portrays her as a deity that can grant immortality.
